Financial Requirements
– Proven experience in financial control, preferably with multiple sources of funds under usage restrictions.
– Extensive experience in managing multiple budgets and integrating them into a central budget.
– Experience in reporting to multiple sources of funding, including donors.
– Ability to forecast expenses, costs, and investments.
– Broad experience in audits, including financial aspects and other aspects.
– Solid knowledge of accounting and financial society.
– Experience in dealing with investments.
– General knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation.
– Familiarity with software and platforms for managing multiple financial resources.
– Understanding of accountability for social assistance and the third sector organizations.
Knowledge and Relational Skills Requirements
– Fluent oral and written English; desirable oral fluency in Spanish.
– Strategic and multidisciplinary vision, integrating science, local knowledge, and institutional political environment.
– Monitored history of work and achievements in collaboration with internal teams and project partners.
– Ability to make quick and correct decisions under urgency and diverse risks.
– Ability to handle pressure for results, operational and strategic changes.
– Ability to meet multiple audiences, including CEOs, Statutory Directors, Presidents, and advisors.
– Experience in comprehensive governance and other stakeholders.
– Knowledge of sustainability topics and indicators, such as SDGs and ESG.
People Management Requirements
– Extensive experience in leading teams, preferably in senior management positions.
– Skills in managing teams to achieve administrative, budgetary, and strategic results.
– Familiarity with multigenerational and diverse environments.
Other Required Administrative Skills
– Familiarity and desirable experience in accounts payable platforms.
– Knowledge of Shared Services Center (SSC) processes.
– Understanding of purchasing processes and management, covering different natures and suppliers.
– Knowledge in logistics.
– Experience with legal issues related to the role.
– Experience with construction projects, infrastructure works, and renovations.
