Job Opening: Financial and Administrative Director

We are currently seeking a Financial and Administrative Director for an Advertising Agency operating in the states of AC, AM, DF, GO, and SP.

The Role:

Develop long-term financial strategies and planning for the organization.
Oversee administrative, financial, and technology processes.
Manage the Human Resources department, including personnel administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and development, safety and security, and events.
Analyze results obtained by subordinated areas and make necessary corrections.
Examine financial data and prepare reports for the board of directors, offering viable solutions for identified problems.
Monitor the agency’s cash flow and participate in defining strategies to maintain financial stability.
Collaborate with the management team in developing realistic budgets and financial projections.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Negotiation and contract closing abilities.
Experience in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
Advanced skills in financial analysis and data interpretation.
Knowledge of the advertising market is a plus.
