Job Description Product Planning Analyst Responsibilities And Assignments – Responsible for Components Strategy, Portfolio and Product Lifecycle Management, leading strategic objectives implementation across the entire organization, assuring the interfaces with VW T&B Group and TRATON group. – Actuating on all components Lifecycle, from the new products strategy, regulation analysis, risk & change management, to the product monitoring in the field and phase out, assuring the feedback from the Customers to the new projects development. – Responsible to steer multiple components projects for Brazilian and Export markets, committed to ensure high quality projects, with focus on delivering new products with high aggregated value to the Customers, with the proper time to market, the best technical / quality content x cost relationship, as well as, guarantee the Shareholders return and the Team motivation. – Components business case development together with Finance, Sales and Marketing and also, technical areas. – In charge of leading components projects priorities, human and financial resources management, integrating and converging all areas efforts to improve processes, with the purpose of reaching cost reduction and productivity increase. – Components projects long and short term financial forecasting oversee and budget control. – Prepare, align with stakeholders and keep updated the Components roadmaps and cycle plans, as well as the company Planning Round (PR). Requirements And Qualifications – Proficiency in Office Package – Power-Bi software (desirable) – Postgraduate degree in Project Management (mandatory) – Technical knowledge in powertrain. – Fluent English (mandatory) – Spanish (desirable) Additional Information – Availability for travel. – On-site work in Resende.
