Our Store team is looking for an Atendimento Leader to join the team.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

The challenges of the role are:

Responsible for leading the credit and cashier teams, executing and monitoring operational procedures and results.
Assisting the customer at all points of contact.
Executing and monitoring all operational processes of the credit and cashier team.
Knowing and monitoring the fulfillment of established goals.
Offering the Riachuelo card and financial products to all customers.
Participating in periodic audit processes.
Participating in the selection and training of new employees.

Requirements and qualifications:

It is very important that you have and/or know:

High school diploma, college degree in progress will be a plus.
Full availability of schedule, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in selling financial products, preferably in retail.
