• Operations Coordinator position available at a leading maintenance and assembly services company. We are seeking a professional to supervise and lead activities in our contracts in Minas Gerais. The ideal candidate will have experience in management, metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, and will be responsible for coordinating various activities from project implementation to performance and quality analysis.
• The Basic Requirements for this position are:
• Relevant experience in the industry, preferably with metal-mechanical manufacturing, electromechanical maintenance, and assembly processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and autonomy skills
• Knowledge of contract administration and claims management
• Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite
• Job Description:
• Contract and Quality Management: Coordinate the technical scope of the contract to ensure service execution within the established quality, safety, deadline, and budget standards set by the company and the client.
• Resources and Logistics: Lead the process of mobilizing and demobilizing resources, including equipment, materials, and labor. This also includes hiring additional services to ensure effective project implementation.
• Team Development: Prepare the workforce for operation, ranging from recruitment and training to performance evaluation, always focusing on efficiency and compliance with legal and company standards.
• Financial Management and indicators: Develop and monitor the budget and performance indicators of the contract, aiming to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. This also includes cost control and loss prevention.
• Strategy and Growth: Study process improvement opportunities and identify new business opportunities based on operational, market, and competitor analysis to foster company growth and profitability.
