Job Description

Auxiliary level
Completed high school education
Employment contract: CLT
Working hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 8am to 12pm (two Saturdays per month)
Benefits: Transportation allowance, commission
Responsibilities and Desired Experiences:
– Direct customer service via WhatsApp, phone, email, and counter
– Negotiate prices, deadlines, payment conditions, and discounts
– Guide customers about product specifications and/or services
– Check and monitor orders
– Control demand for orders in stock
– Request merchandise replenishment from other branches for sale
– Identify potential new customers
– Manage customer portfolio
– Achieve sales targets
Mandatory Requirements:
– Completed high school education
– Experience in sales and pricing
– Experience in customer service
– Knowledge of computer skills
Desired Requirement:
– Knowledge in the field of EPIS and EPCS
Salary: R$1,415.84
Average Salary: R$2,500 to R$3,00
Benefits: Transportation allowance + 1% commission
Working Hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 8am to 12pm (two Saturdays per month)
