Job Description

As a professional, you will be responsible for controlling the logistics processes, including receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching materials, maintaining accurate physical inventory in accordance with the system, and handling return requests with transporters.

Responsibilities:

Administer, plan, and strategically manage logistics services
Optimize logistics processes and costs
Negotiate and explore different transportation options to improve the supply chain
Develop and control indicators, flows, and fleet costs
Analyze reports on orders and deliveries
Negotiate with suppliers
Coordinate logistics processes (customer orders, e-commerce)
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Prepare budgets and cost analysis statements
Manage logistics teams
Experience with transportation of large equipment
Coordinate deliveries between transporters and end customers
Ensure efficient, productive, and well-managed logistics operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or related fields
Understanding of import processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable experience in supply chain
Knowledge of WMS system
Additional knowledge of Integrated System (ERP) and English language is a plus
