Job Description

  • Masterinfo is hiring a Commercial Supervisor to join their sales team. Responsibilities include ensuring sales team performance and development, planning and implementing sales strategies, monitoring and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, guiding the sales team to meet goals, and analyzing sales reports and statistics. Qualifications include experience in team management, sales experience, knowledge of CRM and sales funnels, proficiency in Excel, desirable experience in the telecommunications industry, and a bachelor’s degree in management or related fields. Driver’s license is required (CNH B).
