Job Description

Realizar tarefas da área financeira necessárias para o controle no departamento: retirada de comprovantes de pagamento, retirada de notas fiscais, lançamento do contas à pagar/receber, envio de notas fiscais para a contabilidade, negociação de pagamentos com fornecedores, inclusão de contas e atendimento ao cliente/fornecedor, conciliação bancária. Emitir e conferir notas fiscais, conforme demanda. Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios e demonstrativos financeiros. Acompanhar as atualizações das legislações da área financeira/fiscal/tributária. Ensino superior, preferencialmente na rea financeira ou reas afins. Experincia na funo e sistema de gesto financeira e bancria. Domnio de informtica – excel intermedirio.
