Job Description

Experiência na participação de execução de projetos.

Monitorar, analisar e atualizar os processos e indicadores de performance, identificando necessidades de melhoria e propondo as ações corretivas necessárias para melhorar a performance, implementação e condução dos treinamentos.

Ensino superior em Administração, Estatística, Economia, Qualidade e/ou áreas correlatas;

Imprescindível nível Intermediário em Excel e POWER BI;

Conhecimentos em DMAIC, Six Sigma, Lean Office, BPM e demais ferramentas da qualidade;

Diferencial Formação em Green Belt, em MySQL Workbench e SQL Server.

  • Principais Responsabilidades:
  • Suporte no mapeamento de processos internos e externos;
  • Monitorar e analisar os indicadores de performance e não-conformidades;
  • Investigar as causas, propor ações corretivas, acompanhar o desdobramento das ações;
  • Solicitar as alterações/atualizações nos SOP’s, IT’s, Manuais e apoiar na elaboração de novos documentos;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e sugerir as alterações necessárias;
  • Acompanhar as auditorias a intervalos planejados, verificando se a utilização de suas funcionalidades concordam com os padrões e treinamentos aplicados;
  • Suporte no desenvolvimento de Dashboards em Power BI.

Horário De Trabalho

  • Segunda à sexta-feira: 08:30 às 12h – 13:30 às 18h.
