Responsibilities And Assignments
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Legal Compliance of Zurich Airport Brasil (ZAB), especially in Contractual Matters, observing the Principles, Concepts, and other Guidelines of the Company. To do so, the main activities will be:
Developing, reviewing, and negotiating various contractual documents (contracts, addenda, notifications, terminations, etc.), including typical and atypical ones, including foreign languages, aiming to support the main business areas of the Company through support to the Supply, IT, HR, Communication, and Commercial areas;
Analyzing risks related to the responsibilities of ZAB companies, legally advising internal clients so that they make the safest decisions for the Company;
Preparing opinions and responses to various conduct issues;
Developing and reviewing Policies, Regulations, and other related documents;
Preparing controls, reports, and presentations when necessary.
Requirements And Qualifications
You must have:
Completed higher education in Law;
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Up to 5 years since graduation;
Experience in the area of company contracts;
Previous experience with compliance is a plus; and
Advanced English.
