Working at ZAZ is for those who enjoy working with people. With clear and focused communication, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for motivating, directing, and aligning the sales team, aiming to improve the performance of employees and enhance strategies for the team’s success, ensuring compliance with all conduct guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Coordinate and provide training for teams engaged in external sales and customer service for financial products;
Prospect and present solutions (applications or card machines) to corporate clients;
Supervise the team during field activities;
Set and enforce sales targets with challenges and incentives to engage the team;
Provide customer support when necessary;
Organize Opt-in actions.

Additional Information

Fixed salary according to the category + bonus based on results (aggressive average projection with monthly payments tied to results)
CLT employment contract
