Job Description

  • Atividades: Supervisão e execução de atividades com as seguintes atribuições/demandas (comuns a Distribuição Urbana): – Gerir todas as atividades relacionadas à gestão de veículos e equipamentos na unidade; – Garantir a conformidade dos recursos operacionais (condutores, veículos e equipamentos); – Garantir a disponibilidade, manutenção (preventiva e corretiva) e conservação dos veículos/equipamentos da empresa; – Relacionamento com o cliente; – Assegurar a motivação, capacitação e desenvolvimento da equipe; – Realizar rotinas de Gente & Gestão, conforme processos de Ciclo de Gente, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Engagement, Segurança, entre outros; – Zelar pela conservação do patrimônio da empresa (veículos, equipamentos, recursos e instalações); – Cumprir rigorosamente todos os procedimentos, normas e especificações da empresa e do cliente; – Utilizar corretamente uniformes e equipamentos de proteção disponibilizados pela empresa; – Comprometer-se com as metas operacionais definidas em conjunto com o cliente, DPO/VPO e Programa de Excelência; – Demonstrar comportamento pessoal e profissional compatíveis com a função; – Executar atividades afins, atendendo solicitações de superiores. Requisitos: Excel avanado, CNH B. Escolaridade: ensino superior completo.
