  • Responsibilities and Assignments:
  • Supervise teams to ensure excellent service levels and meet deadlines within established goals.
  • Manage people and processes, provide feedback and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Control timelines and quality of services, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and oversee the quality of outsourced services.
  • Detect, direct, and resolve customer service-related issues.
  • Create documents related to the above departments as well as routines for subordinates and related positions.
  • Perform and monitor Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR).
  • Report team results to the Coordination team.
  • Work following safety, quality, and environmental norms.
  • Create work plans for supervised teams.
  • Develop methods, procedures, work instructions, and provide suggestions for process improvement.
  • Monitor and track technical requests and their outcomes.
  • Create monthly reports based on sector performance indicators and propose actions to monitor or meet goals.
  • Handle and propose corrective and preventive actions to mitigate non-conformances, improvement opportunities, and customer complaints.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required.
  • Technical or Higher Education in the relevant field preferred.
  • Knowledge of NR-10 and NR-35 required.
  • Prior experience in team management required.
  • Knowledge of dedicated links and data transport preferred.
  • Knowledge of fixed telephony (E1) preferred.
  • Knowledge of network projects and Telecommunications services management preferred.
