You will lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure the execution of sales strategies and the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and targets. Your responsibilities will include supervising, developing, and motivating the team, as well as building business relationships with clients. Other activities will involve conducting candidate interviews, customer retention, delegation of tasks, analyzing reports, evaluating performance, monitoring customer relationships, assessing team satisfaction levels, negotiating with clients, and driving results from the team. Requirements for this role include a strong knowledge of the market and routes for the food channel in the Western and Southwest regions of PR. You should possess experience in sales and team supervision, along with strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as knowledge of sales processes and negotiation techniques. Perseverance, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and understanding of different channels and strategies are important for effectively managing people to deliver results. The role will require availability for traveling to cities in the Western, Southwest, and Central South regions of PR to visit clients and sales representatives. Approximately 70% of the monthly workload will involve travel.
