Job Description

Coordinate, monitor, train, and develop the sales team to achieve goals in sell-out metrics, positivation, coverage, delinquency, returns, and prospecting new clients.

Activities:

• Analyze salespeople performance reports.
• Hold regular meetings with the sales team.
• Train the sales team to fulfill routine tasks.
• Detail and monitor sell-out, positivation, and coverage objectives.
• Monitor delinquency and return rates of your team.
• Direct and monitor new client prospecting.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of goal management, team management, and retail work.
• Experience in leadership positions (Supervision or Coordination).
• Conflict management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
