Responsibilities include leading trade/commercial activities, improving promotional actions at points of sale. The successful candidate will oversee the team, guide promoters in executing and using merchandising materials correctly, verify product displays, report competitor promotions, assist in organizing events, and distribute merchandising materials. They must also execute sales strategies, present campaign results, negotiate with store managers, and ensure food safety compliance.
Requirements: completed high school education, preferably studying Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role. Residing in the Metropolitan Region of Recife and possessing a valid driver’s license (category B) is also required.
Additional qualifications valued include negotiation and sales techniques, merchandising knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
