Participar da identificação de situações de risco e de vulnerabilidade social, considerando as possibilidades de articulação intersetorial que possam contribuir para a garantia dos direitos dos cidadãos (direito à alimentação, ao acesso aos serviços de saúde necessários, licença-saúde, licença maternidade, entre outros);
Auxiliar e organizar oficinas terapêuticas de geração de renda em conjunto com outros serviços e aparelhos do estado, como também informar sobre instituições de educação profissional, onde existirem;
Agendamento de consulta compartilhada para situações específicas;
Atuar em parceria com grupos, entidades e movimentos sociais existentes na comunidade, contribuindo com o processo de mobilização, organização e controle social.
Realizar visitas domiciliares, para orientação e acompanhamento das famílias do território;
Apoiar a realização de atividades de educação em saúde/promoção da saúde
Realizar atendimentos, através da música, promovendo a comunicação, expressão, aprendizado na reabilitação física, intelectual e social, a fim de favorecer a melhora na qualidade de vida, inclusão e participação social dos pacientes; integralidade do cuidado;
Auxiliar e ampliar o vínculo entre famílias e comunidade fortalecendo a rede social de apoio no território;
Outros Requisitos
Ensino superior completo em Musicoterapia;
Desejável Pós Graduação;
Conselho ativo e regular;
Atuação em unidades CAPS Viva Rio
Experiência em CAPS ou Atenção Básica ou ONG e Órgãos Públicos que atuam no Enfrentamento a Violência, Promoção de Saúde, Arte e Cultura.
Salário: R$ 4.342,76 (150h mensais);
Insalubridade: R$ 260,40
Vale-alimentação ou refeição: R$ 18,11 (por dia trabalhado).
