Responsibilities and qualifications

• Ensure the execution of processes according to operational standards (receipt, sorting, dispatch, and support areas such as returns and customer service);
• Manage the team, monitor performance indicators, report any non-conformities through available communication channels, and implement action plans to achieve department objectives and goals;
• Identify and monitor process improvement opportunities, communicate with support departments, and ensure the stability and continuous improvement of activities;
• Ensure operational indicators are met, such as ABS, productivity, and SLA;
• Lead and provide individual feedback to team members (1-on-1 meetings and performance evaluations).

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently studying Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
• Intermediate knowledge in transportation and logistics systems (SAP, WMS, etc);
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Experience in people management;
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement;
• Background in logistics preferred.
