You will be tasked with meeting the metrics suggested by the company’s directors, as well as leading the store team in a strategic manner, maintaining a motivating environment focused on customer needs and results. Furthermore, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategic plan presented by the executive directors of the company, as well as opening and closing the store. A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required for this role, along with previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager.
