Job Description

  • Lead generation: The BDR is responsible for generating their own lead lists by researching on Econodata or Linkedin following the Ideal Customer Profile parameters, or identifying new opportunities, validating hypotheses, etc.
  • Research for potential outbound leads: The research phase is crucial for the initial contact with a new lead. The time spent on this stage may vary. It is important to have a deep understanding of the business, product, segment, and decision-makers (or how the buying dynamics work in the company) for outbound prospecting with cold leads.
  • Cold email, cold calling, social scaling: Making initial contact with a lead who has never heard of Murr or actively sought a solution to the problem. The BDR needs to master cold outreach and rapport techniques, as well as be resilient, versatile, and internally motivated.
  • Qualification: The BDR needs to determine if there is potential for a lead (Contact in the company) to become a significant Murr client. A script with key questions and formulas to estimate their potential is available. Age: between 20 and 40 years. Education: (x) Higher education. College degree: (x) Incomplete. Language: intermediate English. Certifications: desirable inbound marketing. Technical knowledge: Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Administration, and/or Sales Management; Basic knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Desirable: knowledge of ERP system (Protheus – Microsiga).
  • Personal Competencies: Works well in a team, proactive, agile, performs well under pressure, good listener.
  • Attitudes: Customer focus, ethics, innovation, humanism, passion for the team.
  • Skills: Ability to work under pressure, team player, responsible, organized, dynamic/flexible, punctual, consistent attendance, analytical/critical with tasks, theoretical and practical competence, adaptability, planning skills, logical reasoning, ethical behavior (Sustainability, Social Action).
