Responsibilities and qualifications

  • Plan and execute the structuring of the telesales department
  • Manage the telesales team with the aim of achieving upward growth of the operation
  • Handle all aspects of delivering results, performance control, operational control, presentations, and other activities related to the position
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through active engagement with customers
  • Monitor quality, productivity, customer service, and profitability indicators
  • Create and develop motivational campaigns for the team
  • Familiarity with telesales systems and software
  • Continuously train the professionals in the team
  • Ensure efficiency and quality of the department and its proper sizing
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Knowledge in the agricultural sector is a plus
  • Consistent experience in the position and with people management, leadership, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, negotiation techniques, dynamism, good communication, process and market vision.
