Job Description
This position is intended for graduates of Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Systems courses, with a focus on projects involving Data Science (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, among others). You will work with a multidisciplinary team, focused on the development of data analysis and implementation of data-driven solutions to generate value for our clients.

Responsibilities And Assignments

• Identify opportunities for improvement in business areas, proposing data-driven solutions;
• Perform data analysis to support diagnoses and decision making;
• Develop and implement solutions based on Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, among others;
• Monitor and manage projects using agile methodologies;
• Interpersonal development through courses, direct contact with clients, and teamwork.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Graduates of Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Systems courses;
• Good logical reasoning, analytical capacity, and creativity to propose and implement solutions;
• Critical thinking, communication and presentation skills, and good interpersonal skills;
• Fast learning, with high curiosity to continuously learn about new technologies, as well as willingness to make a difference;
• Preferred experience in extracurricular activities (e.g. junior company, university extension courses, scientific initiation, etc.);
• Recommended knowledge of Data Science concepts, Statistics, Databases, and SQL, as well as proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, or others).
