Job Description:
– Planning construction projects from the construction site to project completion
– Developing action plans, executive schedules, and material procurement plans
– Conducting quantity surveys on projects
– Creating spreadsheets in Excel
– Obtaining quotes for materials, services, and labor
– Inputting purchase orders and contractor contracts into the system
– Knowledge of UAU ERP system is a plus
– Education: Civil Engineering, Construction Technologist, Building Technician, or Architecture
– Technical knowledge of materials, material costs, labor, subcontracting, and services related to construction projects
– Ability to analyze construction projects and accurately estimate material requirements based on project plans
– Prepare and monitor construction schedules, both physical and financial
– Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for project layout reading
– Intermediate knowledge of MS Project for scheduling and histogram creation
– Intermediate knowledge of Excel for converting PDF to Excel, creating dynamic automatic spreadsheets, formatting and consolidating spreadsheets, using formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, ROUND, TRUNCATE, and SUM
– Willingness to travel
– Active driver’s license (Category A or B)
