Join our Sales team as a Coordinator responsible for overseeing the Sales team’s activities, including monitoring revenue, managing clients in the sales portfolio, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor revenue and markup, providing feedback to meet performance indicators and goals, promote the Autoglass culture, and develop the team professionally.
• Participate in meetings with management/supervisors to identify process gaps and propose improvements.
• Manage clients within the sales portfolio.
• Monitor productivity indicators (talk time) and service level agreement (NPS).

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing higher education.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Proficient in Excel.
