Nível: Coordinator Education: High school – Completed Contract type: CLT Work hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:55 Benefits: Refectory, Food voucher, Health Plan, Pharmacy Agreement, Life Insurance Responsibilities: – Oversee production in sewing units by checking productive capacity, layout, working methods, and continuously seeking process, quality, and results improvement in the units. – Manage units by verifying layout, production times, and methods, implementing necessary improvements to ensure quality and deadlines. – Manage production balancing in productive units by analyzing applied methods, mapping the process, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing standardization of the cronoanalysis process in all sewing units. – Attend meetings at headquarters to develop production planning for units, considering the capacity of each unit and distribution of the program. – Present reports, costs, and managerial indicators of the units. Profile: – Knowledge in production balancing and cronoanalysis. – Knowledge in Sewing. – Experience in team management. – Availability for travel. – Knowledge and practice in Excel.
