Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Partner to join our People and Culture team in either our Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo office. The responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our organizational culture, promoting our values to internal clients, collaborating with leaders to provide insights on people management and strategic vision, acting as a connector between all areas of the organization, conducting recruitment processes, developing leadership skills, analyzing HR metrics, and staying updated on market trends. Requirements for this role include solid experience as a HR Business Partner, general knowledge of HR, executive-level experience, adaptability, active listening, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree in People Management, Leadership, or Innovation, intermediate English skills, and experience or certifications in change management or HR Agile.
