Job Description

Job Vacancy: Performance & BI Analyst

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Performance & BI Analyst to join our team.

Job Requirements:

Desirable degree or pursuing studies in economics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
1 year of experience in planning, preferably in call center operations.
Strong knowledge of managing technical data programs in a business intelligence environment.
Experience in using and developing concrete data and metrics to support assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.
Proficiency in programming languages used for data analysis and automation (proficiency in at least one of SQL/Python/R/JavaScript/VBA is essential).
Good understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and scientific methods using large-scale databases in a business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences, from business to technical teams (English proficiency required).
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently.
Ability to communicate at a technical level with developers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and BI platforms.
Intermediate proficiency in English desired.
