Responsibilities and duties:
– Monitor the issuance of materials requested for project type jobs and inventory balances to be reconciled;
– Share the surplus material balances available for use in new projects and factory maintenance with the relevant departments;
– Conduct field inspections regarding material waste and leftovers;
– Monitor the management of material returns to inventory and selection of scrap;
– Ensure the compatibility of similar materials for reuse;
– Gather and summarize data to structure management reports according to materials already purchased for each project, materials in inventory, materials in transfer, and materials used outside the scope of issued projects, in order to contribute to decision-making processes;
– Monitor subcontractor companies according to the progress of the work, organizing and controlling the flow of material outflows and leftovers;
– Support assembly teams in the use and/or adaptation of compatible materials;
– Carry out job activities while complying with all safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures established by the organization, as well as constantly using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) in carrying out job duties;
– Have the responsibility to inform your immediate supervisor of any activity that poses a risk to your health or the health of your colleagues;
– Perform job activities in accordance with the values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes of the company, always focusing on organizational goals, and maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information;
