Job Description

Elaborar controle de pagamentos agendados e cadastrar nos bancos;
Acompanhar os contratos e renovações de prestação de serviço e produtos;
Analisar os contratos e acompanhamento de aprovações e assinaturas;
Solicitar autorização de pagamentos, provisionar, conferir e encaminhar para pagamento;
Reservar hotéis, locar veículos e comprar passagens;
Conferir contas a pagar e contas a receber;
Acompanhar e controlar débitos dos veículos e transferência/cadastramento de veículos da frota;
Conferir contratos de câmbio;
Comprar materiais e serviços complementares.

Certificação Conhecimento

Ensino Superior em Administração ou Ciências Contábeis ou Econômicas.
Experiência na função.
