Admin/Ekonomiassistent.

Activa Service söker en ekonomi Ansvarig/assistent med erfarenhet av Admin/Ekonomi/redovisning och delvis löner (ej krav).

Som person är du väldigt noggrann och strukturerad

Du trivs med att ta egna initiativ, kan arbeta självständigt och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du trivs med ditt arbete och förstår vikten av noggrannhet, flexibel och kundbemötande. Vi ser gärna att du har utbildning inom ekonomi och flera års arbetslivserfarenhet inom området. Du har god datavana och goda kunskaper inom Office-paketet. Det är meriterande med

Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet i liknande roll
erfarenhet av redovisning Delvis Erfarenhet av lönehantering är meriterande
Erfarenhet av ekonomisystem såsom visma/fortnox etc Du erbjuds en självständig roll där du får möjlighet att ta ansvar för hela den löpande redovisningen samt andra adminstrativa arbetsuppgifter. Du blir en del av ett stabilt bolag inom servicebranschen och kommer dagligen att samarbeta och ha kontakt med våra arbetsledare, kunder och leverantörer samt personal.

Activa service sitter i Täby. Dina främsta arbetsuppgifter kommer bl a att vara:

Kundfakturering
Leverantörsfakturahantering
Bokföring Personalhantering, Vara behjälplig med administrativa frågor från organisationen.
