Job Description
A BRASIF MÁQUINAS is seeking a Commercial Supervisor to strengthen our team. We are looking for someone with exceptional skills and deep knowledge in the commercial area of Hyster-Yale product handling equipment. As a Commercial Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, guiding and motivating them to achieve sales targets. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent customer relationships and providing support for their needs.
Responsibilities and assignments
– Proven experience as a Commercial Supervisor in the machinery and storage industry.
– Deep knowledge of Hyster-Yale product concepts.
– Experience with SAP system.
– Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
– Ensure compliance with sales targets set by the company.
– Supervise and guide the sales representative team, providing regular training and feedback.
– Develop effective sales strategies and implement them to increase the customer portfolio.
– Manage customer relationships, offer support for their needs, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements And Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree.
– CNH driving license.
– Experience in the commercial field.
– Experience in the commercial field with handling and storage equipment.
