Job Description

DESCRIPTION

– Monitor team progress, provide feedback, participate in calibration sessions, present results, and perform other daily tasks relevant to the department.
– Track overall team performance, including TMA, logged time, breaks, absenteeism, and productivity/goal achievement.
– Attend meetings with coordinators, managers, and clients as required.
– Proven experience as a supervisor in outbound telesales in a call center.
– Experience in SDR operations preferred.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Goal-oriented approach.
– Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure.
