Suas Responsabilidades Serão

  • Desenvolver relacionamento (farmer) junto a grandes contas de diferentes segmentos de mercado;
  • Estabelecer relacionamentos fortes e estratégicos com os principais tomadores de decisão dentro do cliente, tendo uma compreensão completa e clara dos objetivos de negócios, gerenciando as expectativas do cliente, supervisionando o processo de entrega e garantindo que as suas necessidades sejam atendidas em tempo hábil;
  • Promover vendas consultivas de produtos e serviços recorrentes em Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, Application Services, Modern Work, Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning e Serviços Gerenciados;
  • Atingir as metas e os objetivos de vendas estabelecidos pela empresa.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Habilidades em gerenciar as expectativas e percepções do cliente – do início ao fim – à medida em que o projeto avança;
  • Simplificar o processo de alinhamento do serviço prestado pela Kumulus aos objetivos e requisitos de negócios do cliente, compartilhando conhecimento, ajudando o cliente a construir um negócio mais forte em sua jornada de transformação digital;
  • Desenvolver iniciativas para aumentar o crescimento da conta, a satisfação do cliente, a retenção e novas oportunidades;
  • Compreender a estrutura organizacional do cliente e o mapeamento das partes interessadas;
  • Negociar em diferentes torres de negócio no cliente, entender os perfis, interesses e desafios;
  • Garantir que a Kumulus alcance a melhor posição como fornecedor preferencial para o cliente;
  • Desejável relacionamento e conhecimento do ecossistema de tecnologia junto aos principais provedores de nuvem e vendors como: Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, Teradata e outros;
  • Inglês fluente para negociação em projetos internacionais.
