Your Day to Day

As a Regional Partner Sales Manager you would be working on :

  • Build up a plan to recruit new partners by understanding our current Ideal Partner Profile, working with Marketing and the Partner Development Manager to ensure the new Partners stay engaged until complete the first sale.
  • Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales into their customer base (Across all GoTo’s products).
  • Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities
  • Support partner program management and local leadership to increase revenue and drive business opportunities
  • Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments
  • Own a Sales quota that will represent your most important KPI for our role.

What We’re Looking For

As a Regional Partner Sales Manager, your background will look like :

  • Proven experience of alliances at a SaaS company, successfully demonstrating Channel/Field Alliances strategy to drive increased sales
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills to gather data to present results on performance and growth
  • Must be comfortable with data & analytics and how to apply these to the role for both external & internal customers
  • Strong sales acumen to include deal structure, negotiation, closure of customers and ability to influence and build strong relationships with decision makers across all levels of partner and prospect organizations
  • Intermediate (B1 – B2) English level, both written and spoken
