About the Opportunity

We are looking for a professional responsible for scheduling visits and appointments. Your main responsibilities include:

– Performing in-person assistance and providing information about procedures;
– Entering patient data into the system and updating records;
– Strictly controlling scheduled dates and times, seeking advance confirmation from patients and information about the procedure to be performed;
– Guiding patients through initial procedures, directing them to the consultation room;
– Maintaining the signage of the service areas, restroom, and pantry;
– Organizing and preparing the workspace before the clinic opens, keeping it clean and pleasant;
– Seeking alternatives for rescheduling appointments, making adjustments for emergencies, establishing priorities, and communicating with all parties involved;
– Controlling the supply inventory and arranging the purchase of office supplies, hygiene and cleaning items, and pantry supplies, restocking when necessary;
– Receiving and sorting internal and external correspondence, such as packages, telegrams, faxes, and banking correspondence, organizing and distributing them to the recipients, and filing them according to the classification of subjects;
– Controlling and organizing patient payments, updating medical records after each consultation, and providing medical certificates, receipts, return cards, and others upon request.
