Filing and preparation of Purchasing Quotation, Purchasing Order, Sales Order, Sales Quotations, Good Receive, Deliveries, and administrattive related documents using ERP software SAP Business One.
Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and SAP Business One Sales, Purchasing, Inventory modules primarily.
Autonomously follow up with suppliers, clients, logistics for the necessary tracking of required documents, material tracking, expediting.
Assist Operations with necessary logistic for service technicians overseas traveling with flight, hotel, transportation bookings and Visas application when required.
