Job Description

MARKETING MANAGER

CTdoAgro is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client, Yongnong, one of the leading Chinese Crop Protection industry players. This role aims to support Yongnong’s business expansion in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide deep understanding in the key market segments, including opportunities, competition, technologies, and market access.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to support the company in setting strategies within specific segments and the overall market
  • Work in collaboration with the commercial and registration teams to develop, organize, and implement strategies from the portfolio, market access, communication and market competition
  • Develop and implement a Strategic Business Plan
  • Manage the portfolio effectively

Requirements

  • Education: Agronomist
  • Postgraduate: Crop Protection Specialization or MBA (differential)
  • Experience and knowledge:
  • Market dynamics in the Brazilian crop protection industry
  • Proven experience in marketing and agribusiness market access
  • Knowledge and experience in soybean and corn (essential)
  • Know how on sugarcane, pastures, and cotton (differential)
  • Language: fluent English (mandatory)
