Job Description

We have been producing high-tech equipment and providing technical assistance for over 40 years to serve professionals in dental prosthesis in São Carlos / SP.

We are looking for candidates with experience in inspecting raw materials, the production process, and final product testing, using the best manufacturing practices and quality management system requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive in implementing quality management routines and processes, highly organized, and customer-oriented to efficiently support the needs of the Engineering Department and achieve product and service quality levels.

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Perform inspections according to inspection plans, process sheets, and manufacturing instructions.
– Handle technical deviations in the mechanical and electrical assemblies of parts and products, as well as in the receipt of raw materials and semi-finished products.
– Document deviations through non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
– Monitor rework activities to ensure the quality of reworked items and measure the associated costs.
– Keep records of defects generated during the receiving, manufacturing, or storage processes.
– Audit the proper use, calibration, and storage of measuring instruments.
– Consolidate quality records in physical and/or digital format, including material certificates and control plans.
– Issue reports of performed tests, reporting conformities/non-conformities, and the status of inspected products.
– Create and maintain up-to-date quality documents, records, and instructions to standardize tasks and quality control activities.
– Regularly update and publish process indicators under your responsibility.
– Act as the interface between the production, engineering, and technical support departments regarding problems, corrections, updates, and new product versions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, electronics, electromechanics, automation, mechanics, metallurgy, and/or quality management.
– Knowledge of Quality tools, ISO, and basic statistics.
– Experience in implementing and managing Quality processes.
– Reading and interpreting drawings.
– Knowledge of metrology and measurement instruments.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel.
– Residing in the São Carlos region.
