About The Position
This position will be responsible to lead HR People Partner area for the Sales & Growth in Brazil, a total of ˜300 people, including Field Sales, Growth, Online Marketing, Commercial Strategy and Pricing. The main responsibilities are:

  • Ensure key people processes are implemented and their outcomes are visible, driving area, teams and individuals’ effectiveness and high performance
  • Coach, develop, challenge and influence leaders supporting their development and having therefore a positive impact in the development and health of the teams
  • Foster world-class employee experience for SumUppers
  • Execute people initiatives and strategy at local level i.e. Team Reviews, eNPS analysis and actions, facilitate org design sessions, Seeds & Steps definition/improvements and implementation, etc
  • Ensure consistency with local labour law and support leaders on all people-related cases
  • Ensure team’s organization design and structure, supported by leadership

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • 6+ years experience in HR
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience as HR People Partner
  • Knowledge of org design, team dynamics and leadership development
  • Experience with Sales teams
  • Payment background nice to have
  • Based on São Paulo
