Job Vacancy: Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to assist the executive manager in supervising and executing the company’s commercial operations, ensuring the effective implementation of organizational strategies and policies.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management team in overseeing and executing the company’s commercial operations.
  • Managing and controlling the activities of the sales team, distributing their objectives and quotas, organizing and monitoring the consultants’ performance, and addressing any potential issues.
  • Ensuring equal opportunities for sales representatives by adjusting client portfolios, routes, and priorities.
  • Participating in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase company revenue, which may involve market research, establishing partnerships, or developing marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating in coordinating and executing projects, ensuring timely completion, efficient resource management, and desired outcomes.
  • Building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service.
  • Accompanying sales representatives on strategic visits to clients and facilitating the final stage of the sales process.
  • Planning and establishing strategies to achieve goals, monitoring actions and results, and redefining them when necessary.
  • Conducting periodic meetings to guide the company’s plans and programs and review work methods.
  • Negotiating with strategic clients and suppliers.
  • Developing and monitoring market prospecting plans to identify new areas of operation or market segments, aiming to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators such as sales, revenue, and margin.
  • Collecting and analyzing market data, including competitor information, industry trends, customer demand, and growth opportunities, to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Planning the daily activities of the sales department, including coordinating and training sales coordinators and consultants.
  • Building relationships with strategic clients to ensure their loyalty.
  • Conducting training programs for sales teams to improve individual performance and achieve targets.
  • Participating in trade fairs and events to promote company products and strengthen the corporate image.
  • Addressing errors promptly, whether individual or collective, to facilitate professional growth.
  • Creating a professional work environment and adhering to safety, health, and company procedures and regulations.
  • Performing other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies are desirable.
