Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce business on various marketplaces and online stores (Amazon, Redmart, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
  • Manage product listings
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers to drive visibility, traffic and GMV
  • Contribute to development and assist in executing e-commerce activities and marketing activities planned.
  • Support promotional campaigns on various online platforms
  • Develop and implement social media/EDM content calendar, by copywriting and collaborating with designer on the creatives
  • Liaise with web development and digital marketing agencies in implementing social media ads, SEM, SEO.
  • Manage and coordinate e-commerce campaigns by tracking activities between internal team and external agency to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
  • Identify opportunities and participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize growth.
  • Ensure stock availability and accuracy across platforms

Job Requirements

  • Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
  • Diploma or equivalent diploma in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with Amazon/Redmart/Lazada/Shopee seller center and Shopify content management would be preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Creative with a flair for writing and sense of aesthetics
  • Digitally savvy and a problem solver.
