Job Description

Job Vacancy – Food and Beverage Attendant

Responsibilities:

Serve customers at all food and beverage outlets;
Ensure the organization of the internal food preparation areas;
Check the Point of Sale (POS) system for all products in the establishment;
Control merchandise inventory, kitchen linen, and kitchen equipment;
Maintain cleanliness in the environment, food preparation areas, and sanitizing equipment;
Monitor the quality of supplies and utensils in stock;
Debone/clean/portion meats, chickens, fish, and seafood;
Inspect refrigerators and storage rooms;
Prepare meals according to the directions of the nutritionist, following appropriate cooking methods, quality standards, and food storage guidelines;
Prepare the mise en place of the kitchen and minimize wastage;
Follow the process of defrosting meat, chicken, fish, and seafood according to health regulations;
Ensure quantity and quality control in the preparation of dishes as per the recipe;
Supervise personal hygiene and cleanliness of the workspace and equipment;
Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and materials.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role;
Technical knowledge of gastronomy;
Certification in Food Safety;
Experience with a la carte and hotel breakfast service.
