Responsibilities and qualifications:

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Supervise and coordinate tasks related to recruitment and selection, training and development, and internal communication systems
  • Develop efficient procedures for managing workflow – continuous improvement
  • Provide support to managers by providing up-to-date information on the current state of people management in the market
  • Monitor and critically analyze indicators in the recruitment and training areas
  • Support internal clients in internal communication actions
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects involving investments in people
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of improvement programs for Human Resources management sub-systems, such as Training, Development, and Recruitment, aiming for productive employee performance
  • Ensure that human resources are sufficiently informed, trained, and capable of carrying out their activities, avoiding incidents that could jeopardize certifications
  • Train company leaders on best practices for human and team development and promote an integrated organizational climate through the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs aimed at improving internal and interpersonal communication
  • Coordinate, develop, and monitor training programs
  • Monitor the Performance Evaluation cycles based on the organization’s competencies
  • Participate in improvement committees and culture implementation
  • Lead meetings for internal talent management
  • Develop leadership training programs based on needs
  • Develop, revise, and update norms and procedures in respective areas of work
  • Monitor global trainings in the region
  • Develop policies to motivate employees
  • Manage department budgets
  • Monitor climate surveys and action plans
  • Annual planning of trainings, social actions, and internal programs
  • Monitor internal and external audits and participate in action plans
