Responsibilities include maintaining a commercial relationship with the client portfolio, identifying the needs and desires of the resellers, aiming to increase satisfaction and loyalty with the Rodoil brand; Prospecting new business opportunities within the company’s defined reseller profile strategy, mapping potential clients within the region; Focus on meeting the demands of resellers, being available and ready to provide support to the customer; Providing commercial, technical, and operational clarifications; Analyzing business opportunities, observing all necessary criteria, accuracy in data collection (such as volume and mix), as well as defined commercial parameters for negotiation; Actively identifying current needs of the resellers and the competition, in order to define ways to better serve the client; Periodically evaluating all image items and retail solutions defined for the point of sale, identifying non-conformities, training and guidance needs, improvement opportunities, and implementation of solutions; Providing support to customers regarding the documentation necessary for the opening of new fuel stations, providing guidance and resolving doubts.
