Job Description

  • The Brand Manager (Product Marketing) is responsible for leading and shaping the occasions and consumer activations strategies in the market. Working closely with the National Brand Marketing Manager, is in charge of building and executing the strategy to make Red Bull relevant to the consumer’s daily life across key occasions, through an integrated approach that leverages our marketing and sales mix, while also shaping the plan to bring key marketing initiatives in-store that engage consumers/shoppers through value-added activations and a unique engagement program.
  • Develop and implement the ideal occasions plan, aiming to grow trial and brand & product affinity in the market; – Lead the 360 campaigns for top-priority occasions, leveraging the whole marketing and sales mix and ensuring the maintenance of these efforts to continually grow consumption across key moments of need; – Develop the always-on approach for occasions, together with the Trade Marketing, Communications, On Premise Marketing, Consumer Collecting and Partnerships areas seeking to increase the everyday relevance of Red Bull for consumers; – Plan and execute the Big Moments plan, seeking to grow brand and can love during seasonal times of the year; – Work closely with the Consumer Insights area to identify the opportunities to grow PCC in the market and solidly base the future of consumption development for the brand; – Lead a solid plan for ongoing product functionality communication (occasions) in-store, ensuring local relevance and impactful executions to resonate with local consumers.
  • Shape the consumer activations plan for the market and lead the end-to-end process to win in-store by bringing the right marketing assets to engage with consumers/shoppers and grow awareness and brand love; – Build the framework to win with customers/retailers and strengthen the power partnership plans through activations that lead the brand to stay/become in store – Lead the creative process to bring a clear, exciting and premium messaging through consumer activations execution; – Ensure activations are fully in-line with our consumer activations principles.
  • Support the National Brand Marketing Manager to develop and implement the annual business plan. – Prepare, together with the National Brand Marketing Manager, the annual plan and financial budgets/P&L in co-operation with the marketing and sales team. – Analyze business results and deliver key recommendations for national business planning and on-going delivery of business KPIs. – Monitor competitive landscape. – Share best practices and learnings with the Red Bull HQ while also integrating global best practices into the local plans. – Manage and maintain the agreed budget.
  • At least 5 years, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience; – Strong quantitative aptitude and analytical experience; – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams; – Strong planning, prioritization, budgetary and project management competencies (attention to detail); – Experience in managing and interpreting consumer insights research.
