Alguns desafios que você vai ter:

  • Realizar lançamentos financeiros diversos de despesas no sistema interno (totvs);
  • Realizar fechamento de caixa realizado por empresa e consolidado;
  • Acessar e acompanhar as contas bancarias, emissão de comprovantes e extratos para arquivo;
  • Apoiar as solicitações de tarefas dos analistas e coordenação;
  • Emitir de relatórios diversos;
  • Apoiar o financeiro no fechamento mensal das atividades;
  • Apoia o processo de conciliação bancaria;
  • Realizar suporte por e-mail, telefone e presencial no que tange a área financeira para os clientes internos e externos;
  • Atender e analisar as solicitações de reembolsos e uso do caixa físico do departamento;
  • Realizar demais atividades inerentes a área.

Requisitos

  • Excel Intermediário (necessário);
  • Conhecimento totvs (desejável);
  • Pacote office
