We are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team in Capuava, São Paulo. As an Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
– Handling administrative demands of the logistics department, ensuring the flow of documents and processes.
– Entering fleet documents into SAP.
– Providing support in fueling operations using fleet refueling cards.
– Creating maintenance orders in the SAP system.
– Managing received invoices from the logistic department.
– Assisting in fleet parts replacement.
– Receiving and checking fines related to our own and third-party fleets.
– Creating sales orders and managing their shipments.
– Reconciling delivery trips.
– Tracking freight costs and related indicators.
– Performing other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
– High school diploma.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Intermediate Excel skills.
– Full-time, permanent position.
– On-site work, Monday to Saturday, from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
