Como Assistente de Departamento Pessoal, você será responsável por auxiliar em toda a rotina do departamento, desempenhando atividades rescisão, férias, afastamentos, folha de pagamento, entre outras tarefas correlatas. Além disso, você terá um papel fundamental no processo de férias, envio DCTFWeb, atendimento aos clientes e negociação CCT. Para se destacar nessa posição, é desejável que você tenha participado de treinamentos recentes sobre o E-social e esteja atualizado(a) com a legislação trabalhista. Ter facilidade em cálculos e conhecimento no sistema Datamace também serão considerados diferenciais. Valorizamos o equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional. Por isso, oferecemos uma escala de trabalho de 05×02, de segunda a quinta-feira, das 08:00 às 18:00, e às sextas-feiras, das 08:00 às 17:00.
