Atuar na área de Tecnologia da Informação, prestando suporte aos usuários nas demandas de hardware, software e redes;
Efetuar levantamento de necessidades inerentes às atividades atuais e melhorias desejadas;
Auxiliar na análise de necessidades dos sistemas e bancos de dados;
Prestar assistência na implementação e acompanhamento de projetos de sistemas;
Acompanhar os usuários no processo inicial de utilização de novos sistemas, bem como, realizando demais atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo., Experiência na função;
Ensino superior completo ou em fase de conclusão em cursos afins;
Desejável conhecimento com desenvolvimento e/ou programação e em sistemas integrados, tais como: ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar na cidade de Farroupilha;
Competências: comprometimento, resolução de problemas e foco.
